1. Lime Storage System
Ensures safe, dust-free storage and precise discharge of powdered lime.

The electric control cabinet is equipped with "high material level" and "low material level" alarm functions so that the operator can grasp the material level; the material level of dry chemicals in the silo must be "high" and "low" not only on the panel of the electric control cabinet The upper indicator light shows and the buzzer reports, and the alarm signal is output to the PLC in the central control room.

When the material level in the silo reaches the set mid-level, the transport vehicle is notified to feed the material, the feed pipe is connected, the air pump of the transport vehicle is started, and the dry chemicals are pumped into the silo. At the same time, start the cleaning device on the dust collector.

When the material level in the silo reaches the set high level, an audible and visual alarm will be issued, and the alarm signal will be output to the PLC in the central control room; at this time, turn off the air pump of the transport vehicle, disconnect the feed pipe, and drive the transport vehicle away; Turn off the cleaning device on the dust collector on the top of the silo at 5 minutes (the time setting can be adjusted).

When the material level in the silo reaches the set low level, an audible and visual alarm will be issued, and the alarm signal will be output to the central control room PLC; if the dry powder is not added to the silo after a delay of 30 minutes, IJPLC will close the entire system (adjustable time setting).

The dry chemicals stored in the silo are transported to the dispensing tank by the vibrating silo top unloader, star unloader, and screw conveyor. At the same time, the water inlet solenoid valve and the dispensing tank mixer are turned on to prepare the dry powder with a certain concentration of salt. liquid.

The configured liquid medicine waits for the dosing pump to be added to the dosing point.

Under normal working conditions, the dosing pump continuously draws the liquid medicine from the storage tank; when the liquid level in the storage tank is at the set low level, the level gauge sends a signal to the PLC, and the PLC sends a command to start the vibrating silo bottom unloader, Star-shaped unloader and screw conveyor, at the same time start the dispensing tank mixer and open the water inlet solenoid valve to feed water, the dispensing process begins; when the liquid level in the storage tank gradually rises to a high level, the level gauge sends a signal to PLC, PLC Instruction is issued to stop the vibrating silo bottom unloader, star unloader and screw conveyor, and at the same time stop the dispensing tank mixer and close the water inlet solenoid valve to enter the water, the dispensing process stops; this working cycle continues.
